Decent program, minor hiccup

I used Ccusa Footprints for their Camp Counselors USA program. The application process was pretty clear, and the visa support was helpful overall. The placement process took a little longer than I expected, around 3 weeks to get my final camp offer, which made planning flights a bit tight. However, once I was placed, everything else went fine. The included travel insurance was a nice bonus, and the staff were responsive to my emails. Good value for what you pay, but maybe apply a bit earlier if you're on a tight schedule.

Consistent program, good support

This was my third time using Ccusa Footprints, this time for the Work Experience USA program. Each time, the process has been really smooth. The support staff were just as helpful as before, answering my visa questions quickly. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they deliver. Always a reliable option for international travel.

Good value for Trainee USA

I was looking for the best deal on a J-1 program and found Ccusa Footprints. I signed up for Trainee USA during an early bird period, which saved me some money right away. The program fees were competitive compared to a few other places I checked. The overall value felt worth it, especially with the SEVIS fee processing included. It felt like a solid investment for the experience.

Amazing summer camp experience!

I just got back from my American Summer Camp Placement and it was fantastic! The whole process with Ccusa Footprints was so well organized. The orientation sessions really prepared me, and my J-1 Visa Sponsorship went smoothly. I met so many great people and had an unforgettable summer. I'm already thinking about next year! Everyone should try this program!

Hey guys, thinking of doing CCUSA next summer. How much are the program fees usually? Trying to budget it out.

D Danielle L. 3 days ago
It really depends on which program you pick and when you sign up. They have tiered pricing, so earlier is cheaper.

Yeah, I did the Camp Counselor one a couple of years ago. I think it was around $1000-1200 back then, but that included a bunch of stuff like visa help and insurance. Definitely check their site for the exact numbers for this year, they change a bit.

Does CCUSA help with flights to the US or do you have to sort that out entirely yourself?

I Ian W. 2 weeks ago
Nah, they don't cover your flights. You're responsible for booking and paying for your own plane ticket.

They don't pay for them, but they do have travel insurance available you can add on. And sometimes they have flight credits as part of specific deals, but that's not standard for everyone.

Anyone know if CCUSA is legit? Like, I've heard some horror stories about other companies, just wanna make sure this one's okay.

H Hannah Robinson 5 days ago
Totally legit. I went with them in 2019 and had zero issues. Everything was super smooth, from the visa stuff to getting picked up at the airport.

Yeah, they've been around forever. My cousin used them like 10 years ago and I used them last year for Work Experience USA. They're one of the big ones.

Heard about early bird discounts. Are they actually worth it or just like, five bucks off? Trying to decide if I should jump on it now or wait.

R Robert 1 month ago
Definitely worth it! I saved about $75 on my program fee by applying really early. It's not a huge amount but every bit helps.

Yeah, they usually save you like 50-100 bucks. Not life-changing but enough to cover some travel insurance or something, so might as well if you're sure you're going.

What's the main difference between CCUSA and Camp America? Seeing ads for both and they seem pretty similar.

R Richard 1 week ago
From what I gather, both are pretty good. CCUSA seems to have a wider range of programs beyond just summer camps, like work experience or internships.

I looked into both. Camp America focuses super heavily on just summer camps. CCUSA definitely has that, but also like, ski resort jobs and stuff, so if you're not strictly camp-bound, they have more options. The J-1 visa process is kinda similar for both though.
